The nucleoprotein protects the negative strand viral RNA from nucleases by encapsidating it. encapsidated genomic RNA is termed the ribonucleoprotein (RNP) and serves as template for transcription and replication. |

20 ng rInfluenza B (B/Austria/1359417/2021) Nucleoprotein-His protein (bs-44026P) per lane probed with Influenza B virus Nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-44026M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
