| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Streptococcus suis serotype 2 (SS2) infection has become a public health concern due to its zoonotic capability to cause severe infections in slaughterhouse workers and those who handle infected pork. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. ????豬鏈球菌2型是臨床分離株中致病力最強(qiáng),同時(shí)也是目前分離率最高的血清型。該型菌亦可導(dǎo)致人的感染甚至死亡。 ????豬鏈球菌病流行無明顯的季節(jié)性，一年四季均可發(fā)生，尤其是重癥豬鏈球菌2型感染暴發(fā)時(shí)，致病性強(qiáng)，傳播迅速，豬病死率高,人豬患病數(shù)量多。豬鏈球菌2型同時(shí)可通過破損皮膚如傷口或擦傷傳染給人，也可通過呼吸道感染人，引起人的腦膜炎、敗血癥等疾病.嚴(yán)重感染時(shí)可引起人的死亡。 ????豬鏈球菌(Streptococcus suis)屬革蘭氏陽性兼性厭氧菌。豬鏈球菌病是由多種不同群的鏈球菌感染引起的豬的一類傳染病的總稱，屬人獸共患病,世界動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生組織(OIE)將豬鏈球菌病列為B類疫病，我國將其列為二類動(dòng)物疫病。 |
