| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 單核細(xì)胞增生李斯特菌 (L.monocytogenes) Listeria廣泛分布于自然界，在環(huán)境中無處不在,在絕大多數(shù)食品中都能找到李斯特菌,主要污染肉類、蛋類、禽類、海產(chǎn)品、乳制品、蔬菜等食品引發(fā)食物中毒。新生兒、高齡孕婦和免疫力低下者易感染，主要引起腦膜炎和敗血癥，死亡率較高。美國、英國、加拿大等國多次爆發(fā)由該菌污染空心菜、奶酪等引起食物中毒，病死率達(dá)30％。很多國家都已經(jīng)采取措施來控制食品中的李斯特菌，并制定了相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 |
